I also asked to see a preview of picture and never received and maybe I would have caught that I ordered wrong item if I could have seen the preview. I emailed the support desk and was told I needed to send an email asking for this. I did send it in the message on your order page but I never got a preview. No accommodations were made and most companies would have made it good for the paying customer. :(.
